2026年6月29日（火）～7月3日（金）に京都リサーチパークにて開催されたISSP2026（The 18th International Symposium on Sputtering and Plasma Processes）にて、工学研究科 機械工学専攻修士課程 宮本研究室2年の清水音樹さん、Cao Van Duc Hienさん、神崎岳斗さんが研究発表を行いました。
