2026年8月24日〜27日まで広島国際会議場にて行われた国際学会IC3MT2026 (6th IC3MT) 6th International Conference on Machining, Materials and Mechanical Technologiesにて、大学院工学研究科　機械工学専攻　杣谷研の神谷佳孝さん（M2）がBest Poster Awardを受賞しました。発表したタイトルは”Vacuum Compatibility Evaluation of a Hydrostatic Bearing Rotational Stage for Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment”であり、東京大学　生産技術研究所の岡部貴雄先生との共同発表となります。
